General Information
- Sessions last for 45 minutes-1 hour once a week
- All classes are held virtually.
- Groups begin when there are at least 3 compatible participants and do not hold more than 6 individuals.

- Groups are made based on age and ability level. In order to keep groups cohesive, your group day/time may change, or you may need to attend a different group than the one you are interested in.
Grief Support Group
The Grief Support Group is for teens and adults with disabilities who are working on processing the death of someone. It is a free 8 week course that will teach participants emotional regulation skills and ways to process the death. Groups will be divided by age and ability level. Down Syndrome Connections Group
This group is specifically geared towards individuals with Down Syndrome and their unique learning needs. We focus on relationship safety skills, consent, individual relationships values, advocating for yourself in a variety of settings and assertiveness. Topics may change based on the needs of the group.
This group meets every Monday from 5:30-6:30. Contact Tricia for more information.
